Please read before booking — you'll confirm you agree to these when you confirm your booking.

Deposits

A R100 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations & no-shows

Cancel more than 72 hours before your appointment: no fee. Cancel within 24 hours: your R100 deposit is forfeited. No-shows are liable for 100% of the final service amount, recorded as an outstanding balance.

Payment methods

Card payments are available for your convenience. No cash. EFT payments directly into a personal bank account are no longer accepted.

Late payments

Late payments incur an additional fee, set by That Nayls.

General

All services are final sale; no refunds are issued. Raise any concerns immediately during your appointment. If someone other than the client is paying, let That Nayls know in advance so a payment link can be sent ahead of time.
